The Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment (ATREE), Bangalore, is seeking applications from highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates to fill the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)-funded project, “Reconstream: Systematic Reconstruction of Long-Term Streamflow Records in Indian Rivers Using Geomorphology-Guided Machine Learning”. The project aims to reconstruct long-term streamflow records across Indian river basins by integrating hydrological modelling, remote sensing, geospatial analysis, climate change, and field observations. The selected candidate will work within an interdisciplinary research team to develop innovative, science-based approaches for climate-resilient water resources management and support decision-making under changing climatic conditions.
